Northvolt欲借垂直整合抗衡亚洲电池供应商,FCA计划向股东派发10亿欧股息

据外媒报道,瑞典电动汽车电池生产商Northvolt目标通过直线整合而不是产品创新的方式来降低成本,从而在竞争中超过其他对手。

据外媒报道,当地时间2月21日,菲亚特克莱斯勒汽车公司宣布,该公司计划向股东派发大约10亿欧元的初始股息。

Northvolt由两位特斯拉前工程师创立,公司认为在受到亚洲竞争对手压制的情况下,新企业存活的关键则是专注于零部件生产当中能源最为集中的部分,而其使用的是在瑞典发现的可负担起的可再生能源。

Although it has been over a month since reports started surfacing about
rifts between Porsche and its dealerships, no signs of reconciliation
have been appearing. According to a report appearing in the magazine
Autoweekly, Porsche dealerships are still awaiting new information from
Porsche China. Many analysts, including those from the China Automobile
Dealers Association, still maintain that the best way to resolve this
crisis is for Porsche to redistribute profits more evenly between itself
and dealerships.

根据一份公司声明,FCA董事会将建议向普通股东每股派发0.65欧元的股息。股东们将在FCA定于4月12日举行的年度股东大会上投票表决这一提议。

Northvol旗下32千兆瓦时“ETT”电池工厂的前半部分目前正在投建当中,投资成本高达16亿欧元,而其价值链的一方面将会是电池负极的生产。估算值存在差异,但电池芯大约80%或以上的成本是来自原料成本,而原料成本则大量的来自于负极的活性材料,主要包括镍、锰和钴等金属。

Many Porsche dealerships are already running out of inventory. A
representative from a Beijing-based 4S dealerships explained: “Many of
our new cars are already out of stock, and it is unconfirmed when our
inventory will be resupplied.”

对投资者来说,继续派发股息可能是一个令人可喜的进展。在首席执行官麦明凯(Mike
Manley)的领导下,投资者一度对FCA的业绩感到失望。去年7月份,麦明凯接替了身体状况不佳的马尔乔内担任FCA首席执行官,上任以后一直在解决前任领导层遗留下来的问题,此外还要应对其任期内出现的新挑战。
